Strawberry Kiwi Buckwheat Cake (Vegan)

Ingredients
1 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup barley flour
1/2 whole wheat flour
1/4 c. stevia
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup almond milk
2 egg whites, beaten
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries, diced
4 mashed kiwis

Directions
1. Mix together sugar, oil, egg whites, milk and vanilla, then add strawberries and kiwis
add dry ingredients, and mix until just moistened.
2. Spread into one greased square pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until done in the center.
