Spicy Korean Vegetable Stew

Beware this is SPICY!!!

Vegetable Ingredients
1 Onion chopped
3 White Potatoes, chopped
3 Sweet Potatoes, chopped
2 Big Carrots, chopped
8-10 button mushrooms, sliced
3 Green Onions, finely chopped
3 Cups Water

Sauce Ingredients
4 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste (gochujang)
2 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Pinch Black Pepper Powder

1. Combine the vegetable ingredients with the sauce ingredients in a large pot.
2. Cook on medium high for 20-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir continuously.
3. Top off with more chopped green onions.
