Simple Banana Whole Wheat Muffins (Vegan)

My baby LOVED these muffins! And so easy to make!

Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 cup almond milk (can use any milk)
1/3 cup coconut oil (can you any light oil)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large banana mashed
1/2 cup maple syrup

Directions:

1. Mix together dry ingredients.
2. Then add the remaining ingredients.
3. Blend well and scoop into greased or lined muffin pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
