Sesame Leaf Chips (Calcium Chips) (Vegan, Gluten Free)

calcium chips

20-30 sesame leaves (broken into smaller pieces-I just ripped them)
1-2 tbsp. olive oil
sprinkle of sea salt

1. Break the sesame leaves into smaller pieces and place in a medium bowl.
2. Pour the olive oil over the leaves and use your hands to coat every piece.
3. Sprinkle the salt and mix with your hands making sure the salt gets evenly distributed.
4. Put in the oven at 400C for 10-15 minutes or until crisp. Sometimes they need a longer time if they are still moist.
