Raw Zucchini Hummus (Raw, Vegan, Gluten Free)

raw hummus

Ingredients:
1 zucchini, chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup tahini
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp lemon
1/4 tsp sea salt
dash of black pepper

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasonings, to taste.
