1 cup chopped celery
¼ cup cashews
1 garlic clove
¾ cup water
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup chopped celery (for chunky soup)
1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender.
2. Blend for a long time until smooth.
3. Add the reserved chopped celery and stir.
