Purple Power Packed Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 head of purple cabbage, chopped
1/2 zucchini, cut into matchstick pieces
1 beet, grated
4 green onions, chopped
1 cup chickpeas, canned or boiled yourself

Directions:
Toss all of the ingredients together in a salad bowl. Serve with your favorite dressing.

I used balsamic garlic dressing.
