Polish Braised Cabbage (Gluten Free)

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium white onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 medium head red cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
dash of salt and pepper

Directions:
1. In a large pan, heat the olive oil and add the onions, garlic, cabbage, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions are clear and cabbage is less crispy.
2. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook until most of the liquid is gone.
