Pineanana Parsley and Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
4 chunks of pineapple
1 cup parsley (stems included)
3 kale leaves
1 cup of water

Directions:
Blend the fruit with the water. Add the greens and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
