Ingredients:

1 banana, cut into pieces
1 peach, cut into pieces
2 chunks of pineapple
1 cup of filtered water
3 bunches of bok choy

Directions:

Blend the fruit with the water. Add the bok choy and blend again.
This smoothie is packed full of antioxidants, fiber and Vitamin K.
