Lima Bean Dip (Vegan, Gluten Free)

lima bean dip

2 garlic cloves, minced
1-1/4 cups cooked or canned lima beans
2 Teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
2 Teaspoons rosemary
2 Teaspoons thyme
2 Tablespoons olive oil
cold water, as needed
pinch of salt and pepper

1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Add more water if it is too thick.
