1-2 cups of Almonds
Food processor or bullet type blender
1. I roasted my almonds in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200F. IF you have a heavy duty blender it is better to leave the almonds raw as they retain more nutrients.
2. Put the almonds in the food processor and blend away. In the beginning the nuts will turn into flour. Keep processing them and they will eventually start clumping together. BE PATIENT! The almonds will eventually turn into nut butter (it usually takes about 5-7 minutes for roasted almonds and 15-20 minutes for raw almonds.
