Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie (Vegan, Gluten Free)

Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour (use left over almond milk pulp or grind up almonds in the blender until a flour is formed)
1/4 cup coconut flour
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
2 tbsp. melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup honey
1/4-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or make your own

Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
2. Stir together wet ingredients in a smaller bowl
3. Mix wet ingredients into dry and add the chocolate chips
4. Form 1-inch balls and press onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet
5. Bake at 350° for 6=8 minutes. Check after 6 minutes. These cookies do not need long to bake,
6. Cool and serve
