1/2 cup light oil ( I used grapeseed oil)
1 tbsp. stevia powder
2 small bananas, mushed with my hands
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix together the oil, banana, stevia, and vanilla.
2. In another bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients and then pour them into the banana mixture. Mix together.
3. Fold in the chocolate chips until everything is well incorporated.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Take out of oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before removing them.
