Chocolate Banana Coconut Icing/Dip

This yummy concoction can be used as icing on an 8X8 inch cake or as a fruit dip.

1 ripe banana, chopped
1 tbsp. coconut butter (if you don’t have coconut butter, use 1 more tbsp. coconut oil)
1 tbsp. coconut oil (hard)
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 milk (cows milk, almond milk , soy milk)
2 tbsp. maple syrup

1. Put all of the ingredients in a mini blender and blend until smooth.
