Cauliflower Poppers (Vegan, Gluten Free)

1 head cauliflower, cut in florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4-1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger


  1. In a large bowl, combine oil and spices.
  2. Add florets, and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Roast at 400 for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
