Carrot Whole Wheat Pancakes (Vegan)

carrot whole wheat pancakes

Ingredients:
Dry:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 T baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp stevia

Wet:
1 cups of your favorite non-milk
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup grated carrots

Directions:
1. Stir dry ingredients together.
2. Whisk in wet ingredients.
3. Let the batter sit for about 10 minutes.
4. Cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
5. Serve with maple syrup or homemade jam!
