Brown Rice Veggie Burgers (Vegan, Gluten Free)

brown rice burgers

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups pre-cooked brown rice
1 cup almond meal (leftover pulp from almond milk)
1 carrot, shredded
1 zuchinni, shredded
1/2 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoon oregano
1/8 cup coconut or olive oil

Directions:
1. Fry the vegetables in a little bit of oil until the onions are translucent.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients (except oil) together and form small patties.
3. Fry in oiled pan for 4 minutes on each side over medium high heat.
4. Serve alone or on a bun as a delicious vegan, gluten free burger.
Meat eaters will be jealous.
