Broccoli and Cabbage Salad (Vegan, Gluten Free)

broccoli red cabbage salad

Ingredients:
3 crowns of broccoli, chopped
1/4 red cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped

Dressing:

1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 lemon, juiced

Directions:

1. Prepare all of the ingredients for the salad and toss together.
2. Whisk the dressing ingredients together.
3. Pour the dressing on the salad and toss again.
4. Enjoy!
