Black Bean Fudge (Vegan, Gluten Free, Raw)

This recipe is from Averie Cooks

Ingredients:

1 can black beans, drained & rinsed or 1.5 cups cooked and drained black beans
1/4 c + 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
3/4 c cocoa and/or carob powder
1/4 c maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch salt

Directions:
1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a bread loaf pan and refrigerate until firm. Keep stored in fridge.
