Beet Chips (Vegan, Gluten Free)

Ingredients:
1 large beet (or 2 medium)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sea salt to taste
Feel free to add any additional seasonings that you wish

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Toss beets slices with oil in a medium sized bowl until they are all well coated and lay them flat in a single-layer on a greased baking sheet
3. Bake for 40 minutes, until chips are crispy. Flip them over after 20 minutes.
4. Let cool. They will crisp up more on the sheet.
