Baked Honey Mustard Salmon (Gluten Free)

Ingredients: (for 1)
1 piece of Atlantic salmon
1/4 cup almond meal
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. dried dill
pinch sea salt

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 175-200C.
2. In a bowl mix together mustard, honey, dill, and sea salt
3. Rub olive oil on salmon and place on a baking sheet
4. Coat top of salmon with honey mustard mixture & then top with the almond meal
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes
